A one day course aimed at photographers with some level of competence who want to develop their skills in close up and flower portraits and general garden photography.

David Dixon has been visiting Pashley Manor Gardens for many years at various times throughout the season to indulge in his passion and livelihood for flower and garden photography. His work features regularly in the national press.

David gives talks and lectures on the subject to local clubs and societies. He is a fellow of the Royal Photographic Society.


Two Day Flower Painting Course

A two day course for those who wish to learn helpful techniques, develop their talent and to create a water-colour painting or study of seasonal plants from the beautiful gardens at Pashley Manor.

Valerie Baines, a local artist with a life-long interest in drawing and painting flowers and fruit, has tutored many flower painting courses at Pashley Manor Gardens.

She is a founder member and past Vice-President of the Society of Botanical Artists and her work has been exhibited widely in Britain.
