Pashley Manor is a quintessential English garden located on the Sussex and Kent border in the heart of South East England’s garden country. It offers a sumptuous blend of romantic landscaping, imaginative plantings and fine old trees, fountains, springs and large ponds.

Pashley is an ideal destination for groups of garden lovers, art and history enthusiasts, keen photographers or those just looking for a peaceful and enjoyable day out surrounded by beauty and nature.

  • Award winning gardens where there is always plenty to see from fresh, delicate spring flowers, to perfumed roses and lilies in mid-summer and bright bold colours in the herbaceous borders, which are at their best in late August and throughout September.
     
  • Situated on the border of East Sussex and Kent, just off the A21, the gardens are easy to reach with free onsite parking for cars and coaches.
     
  • Booked groups of fifteen or more enjoy a reduced entry rate and to make planning a day easier we offer joint tours with other local attractions (Joint Group Tours).
     
  • Free entry to the gardens and a refreshment voucher for the coach driver.
     
  • Pashley prides itself on its delicious homemade food, light lunches and afternoon teas, which visitors can enjoy in the Garden Room Café with seating on the terrace for 100 and inside for 70.
     
  • The reception / gift shop sells variety of gifts from postcards and local honey to tapestry cushions and hand painted ceramics.
     
  • There is an exhibition and sale of sculpture in the gardens and botanical / floral art in the café and shop throughout the season.
     
  • Guided Tours or short talks with the Owner or Head Gardener are available.
     
  • Exciting programme of Special Events.
